Delivery

To deliver within the United States and worldwide, VALNOIR uses UPS, the world's largest package delivery company.  For shipments within the U.S., we offer UPS Ground.  

For the rest of the world, we ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited.  Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location. Upon checkout after you enter your address, you will see the flat rates depending on your location.  Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.  You (the customer) is the importer of record and will comply with all regulations and laws of the country of destination.  Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the country of destination.  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient as we have no control over these charges, nor can we estimate what they may be.  Please note, that VALNOIR will not be held responsible for delays or unforeseen delivery issues.  

Order Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation to confirm your order, and upon dispatch you will receive another e-mail with your order tracking number for UPS.  You may trace your order via the carrier’s website, or if you have made an account with us, login to the website to view your progress.

 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns Policy

VALNOIR does not offer free returns. The cost to return is the customer’s responsibility.  Firstly, please contact info@valnoir.com for a Return Authorization # to proceed and further instructions on where to send your order.

  • Returned goods must be returned within 15 days after delivery. Upon receipt of goods and subject to the below, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
  • Returned goods must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and unwashed.
  • Returned goods must have all labels and tags intact, including the VALNOIR gift box and any other packaging.
  • Goods must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Deliver the goods to VALNOIR by your chosen carrier. It is recommended that you are covered by insurance. Any loss or damage of the goods in transit is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Postage charges are non-refundable.
  • Returned goods must be marked as “a return with no commercial value” in order to avoid any customs charges.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If returning from outside the US:

  • Please package the goods carefully.
  • Clearly state on any documentation if shipping from outside of the US (both inside and outside of the package), “a return with no commercial value”
  • Deliver the goods to VALNOIR with your chosen carrier, we also recommend that you take insurance. Any loss or damage of the goods in transit is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Should the customer fail to declare the return goods correctly the customer shall be liable for any costs incurred. 
  • For returns outside of the United States, VAT/duty and any applicable taxes will need to be paid by you on receipt of the goods.  You (the customer) is the importer of record and will comply with all regulations and laws of the country of destination.  Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the country of destination.  The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient as we have no control over these charges, nor can we estimate what they may be.  Please note, that VALNOIR will not be held responsible for delays or unforeseen delivery issues.  

Exchange Policy

  • For any reason, you can exchange all or part of your order subject to them being returned undamaged with all tags intact.
